MTi-G : more than a miniature inertial motion sensor
Cadden, a company specialised in electronic measurement systems for positioning, orientation and navigation, announces the commercialisation of the MTi-G in France. Unique on the market, this new integrated product combines an inertial motion sensor, a DGPS receiver and a processor in a miniature box. This solution is very efficient and offers new application possibilities.

Less than 70gr.
MTi-G is a system dedicated to measure and control the movements of a land, marine or aerial mobile in the 3-axis. Inertial sensor added of a DGPS receiver and a processor, the MTi-G measures, calculates and delivers positioning, orientation, roll, pitch, acceleration or magnetic data at high update rate.

These data are provided by the internal sensors (accelerometers, gyroscopes, magnetometers and the DGPS receiver), all integrated in a very lightweight (68gr.) and compact (58x58x33mm) box.

A multipurpose platform
This new miniature and robust sensor offers a wide range of new applications : in aerial applications (control of UAV and other flying objects) for agriculture, traffic security, work inspection or photogrammetry ; in application requiring measuring and analysing the movements of a mobile object (vehicule guidance, trajectory of a vehicule or a human...).

MTi-G is a prodcut from Xsens, european leader in manufacturing miniature AHRS. As the French dealer, Cadden expects a large demand for this sensor, which is currently unique worldwide.
