The Octopus F180 provides the user with highly accurate and reliable motion and position data. Delivering precise heave, roll, pitch, heading and positioning information in real time, it is a simple, easy-to-use ‘plug and play’ package. All F180 series systems include an™ intelligent heave processing, iHeave, designed to detect and compensate in near real time for long period heave of up to 70 seconds and an internal GPS receiver (DGPS to RTK).
