Also known as the inertial unit, this technology is sometimes referred to as the Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) or the Inertial Navigation System (INS).<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the version, the calculated data are roll, pitch, yaw and pounding (wave measurement).
